MALE/FEMELE
The spanish language has words male or femele, the first rul to know what is each one is in the end of the word ex:
casa.........femele perro........male
una..........femele uno...........male
joya.........femele saco.........male
as you can see the words endig with-a are femel and the words ending with-o are male

SINGULAR/PLURAL
we make the plural just adding one -s in the end ex:
casa(singular).....casas(plural)
una....................unas
joya..................joyas
perro................perros
uno...................unos
saco.................sacos

el.......the (male singular) un............a(male singular)
la.......the (femele singular) una...........a(female singular)
los.....the (male plural) unos.........some(male plural)
las.....the (femele plural) unas.........some(female plural)
ex: en LA casa hay UNOS gatos (at home there is some cats)
ex: el perro, la casa, las joyas, el saco, la joya
la casa es grande.................the house is big
el perro está comiendo........the dog is eating
las joyas son caras...............the jewels are expensive
