We use the verb "tener" and the word "que" like "I have to".
Tengo que comprar pan.......I have to buy bread
As you can see we use (like in English) te verb "tener" and "que" and after we use the infinitive verb
tengo que=I have to
yo tengo que correr.........I have to run
tu tienes que comer........you have to eat
el tiene que venir.............he has to come
nosotros tenemos que estudiar.........we have to study
vosotros teneis que trabajar.............you have to work
ellos tienen que saltar.......................they have to jump
